Driveit is a travel company specializing in Hajj, Umrah, Ziyarat, and other Islamic tour packages. We act as an intermediary between you and various service providers, including airlines, hotels, transport companies, and visa processing authorities. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding our packages, but we do not own or control the third-party services we arrange.
When you make a booking with Driveit, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as specified for the chosen package. All prices are subject to change based on availability and other factors. Payment must be made through the approved methods mentioned on our website or by our representatives.
Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the specific package and the time of cancellation. Please review the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking. Generally, cancellations made well in advance may incur a nominal fee, while cancellations closer to the travel date may result in higher charges or no refund. Any refunds will be processed after deducting applicable service charges and third-party penalties.
Important: Refunds for airline tickets, visa fees, and hotel bookings are subject to the respective third-party cancellation policies, which may be non-refundable.
It is the sole responsibility of the traveller to ensure they possess a valid passport, appropriate visas, and any other required travel documents for their journey. Driveit can assist with visa processing but does not guarantee visa approval. We are not liable for any delays, denied boarding, or costs incurred due to incomplete or invalid travel documents. Passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of travel.
We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and other unforeseen events. Driveit is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of the traveller failing to obtain adequate insurance coverage.
Pilgrims should be in good health and physically able to undertake the journey, which may involve significant walking and physical exertion. It is advisable to consult a physician before travel. Driveit is not liable for any health issues or medical emergencies that may arise during the trip.
Driveit acts only as an agent for the suppliers of travel services. We are not liable for any injury, loss, delay, inconvenience, or damage caused by acts of God, force majeure, strikes, civil unrest, terrorism, pandemics, or any other events beyond our control. Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by the traveller for the specific booking.
Travellers are expected to respect the local customs, laws, and religious sentiments of the destinations visited. Any inappropriate behaviour may result in the termination of the tour and services without refund. Driveit reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
All content on the Driveit website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Driveit or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
